The Latest Review of Katz Deli New Haven

The food is good and the service is decent in the restaurant, but don't get home delivery -- it took over an hour and a half for our order to arrive. When we checked after an hour we were told it would be another half hour. When we asked if next time they could give us a call if it would be delayed over an hour, we got this reply "Well I'm busy too!" Not a service oriented place.
